ICOP

The International Community Outreach Program (ICOP) is a student-run initiative at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Their aim is to promote social entrepreneurship and international collaboration by offering graduate business students meaningful opportunities to transfer their knowledge and get exposed to social business issues by participating in international development activities.

Every Fall, they host a case competition centered around international social business causes. The case begins with a brief introduction of the NGO and the teams have the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to the case. All teams have 3 hours for their preparation after which they will have 15 minutes to of presentation, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A. The day ends with a networking cocktail at which time the winners are announced.

On Saturday November 2nd 2019, 12 teams competed to develop the best solution for a challenge currently facing the Asante Africa Foundation.
