Here’s what Akshay Joshi had to say about his experience:
“It was an incredible experience participating in Telfer School of Management’s diversity and inclusion case competition this weekend. Through our research and discussions, I learned a great deal about the importance of diversity and inclusion in an organization, and how it is directly linked to the organization’s performance. At the competition, it was insightful to listen to other teams’ opinions and methodologies as well as their ideas for incorporating diversity in the workplace. I would like to thank my amazing teammates and our coach Professor Tim Field for giving me this great opportunity.”
Special thank you to Professor Tim Field for all the work he put into coaching and mentoring the Telfer team!
